A slide-in truck camper shell, still under construction with bare framing lumber across the top, sits on jack stands on a suburban lawn beside a flatbed truck chassis with an aluminum diamond-plate utility body, red oval LED tail lights and a yellow license plate reading T68888. A folding step stool leans against the open rear of the box while a covered vehicle, a woman and a spaniel stand in the driveway behind.
