2-23-09: My plans have changed a little Since I last updated this. I have decided to go with a newer chassis I'm going to go with an 80's F250 frame with F350 suspension and differentials.

I picked up a 87 F350 4x4 donor for some parts. It has a 460/4spd, Dana 60 high pinion king pin front diff ( 3.54 gears ) and 10.25" rear diff.
