A Sony Handycam DVD camcorder with a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar 40x optical zoom lens is mounted on a ball-head bracket inside a vehicle cab, aimed out through a rain-beaded side window. The flip-out LCD shows a live view of a wet road and roadside buildings, with the interior door frame and headliner visible at left.
