Today I started out but trying to break loose the bolts holding the receiver hitch to the frame section I cut off. After a lot of failed attempts and some words I won't repeat here. I decided to just cut the bolts with my small 4" grinder with a cut off wheel. That did the job and I was able to remove the hitch.
