U bolt mount removed and out of the way, the bolt circled in the center is the cetering pin bolt. The one pictured here was rusted in the middle where it goes through the spring pack. The bottom of the bolt is a special design that allows it to sit in the lift block. These should be replaced any time a lift is done.
