The ring gear has 37 teeth, so since it turns the pinion more than 4x, the pinion must have 9 teeth, making this a 4.11 set. Frank has ordered a reman from BroncoHut.

The backlash isn't horrible, but there's no preload on the bearings, and the rusty teeth aren't helping anything. Before I removed it, I could feel a LOT of slop, so I suspect the spider gears & pinion shaft have seen better days.
