After fighting several crappy O-rings from JBG a year ago when the tank was replaced, I used RightStuff to hold it in-place. But I didn't let it cure enough before clamping it down, so it started leaking last week. Saturday, I redid it with a new O-ring and it's dry now.

It's possible to install the 6th bolt & clip on top, but too much of a hassle, and apparently not necessary.
