After test-fitting everything, I disassembled it & RED thread-locked every joint. Eventually, I'll add a strap to keep the long assembly from vibrating loose.

Since this truck is OBD-II, the OPS isn't as prone to failure as earlier ones, but I didn't want to take the chance while I was already in there.

Turns out, I wasn't fast enough with that strap. The lower brass elbow cracked at the block after a few months, and leaked for a few more before I got around to messing with it. Fortunately, due to the other mods I did, it was relatively easy to extract the broken end & put the OPS back in the block.
