I cut away all the excess foam around the edge, and ripped out what was in the hanger hole. Then I trimmed & slit the fabric so it would wrap smoothly onto the inside surface. I applied a small bead of E6000 along the bottom & outboard edges, then sprayed more 3M just inside that to hold the fabric while the E6000 dried.
