visor09.jpg I carefully pulled the fabric over the edge, keeping the edge straight & smooth, and working the E6000 all the way through it.  Then I applied another small bead of E6000 to glue the front & back edges together.

Note that the holes I cut for the vanity lights are MUCH too large.  I had to peel this cover again, clean all the new foam off, and start over.  Fortunately, I had enough material to redo it, and a little to spare.  So I made marks on the cardboard showing the minimum size for the holes, and then cut inside those marks on the next try.
