This is mostly old material that has been lying around for years, covered in Rustoleum Sail Blue (7724). Eventually, I'll add shelves or trays for the pliers, hammer, & other tools. But it's basically finished, and does what I wanted. It makes cord storage easy, carries both bottles & the spool gun, and provides space for any other related tools & supplies. All in a package that fits easily in the NARROW walkway in my garage, and doesn't take up much floor space, and can be rolled out into my side yard where I put the 220V outlet.

The base is 14.5 x 29.5", but the front handle sticks out another 1.5". The tallest point is 50.5" above the floor, without the bottle cover hanging on it.

Of course, right after I bought those orange wheels, I found some similar BLUE ones...
