Take a close look at the blue square with the white circle. That's the adjustable temp dial (tiny screwdriver please). Also visible, on the left, is the "wet" temperature sensor that threads into a provision in my T-stat housing. Additionally you can see it's fused with a weather covered 30 amp fuse.
