Here's my only fat addition, butter. I cannot do without a tiny bit of butter on my capalleni(angel hair spagetti) . Toss the pasta to work it in with a bit more garlic and it's good to go. This is ready in 15-20 minutes start to finish and people think it's been simmering all day.
