Used a 4 1/2" angle grinder and wire brush, went really fast. Took the rust and old primer/paint right off. you can see the shine on the gashes on the left side near the bottom a little bit

Primed on both sides, used a $3 bottle from Kmart etc. works well. Ready for Dupli-Color Bedliner.
