The Second-Gen Probe rolls in here with everything from clean silver and blue coupes to white GTs sporting aftermarket exhaust and wheels, plus engine bays showing off blue spark plug wires and upgraded intakes. These owners are deep into it — sound deadening builds, custom bright green interiors, suspension close-ups, and rainy-day Probe meets prove this community takes their 1993–1997 Probes seriously.
The story
I bought this off Craigslist, from Nashua NH. Paid a really low price for it, but when I got there to haul it home... the dad of the guy I bought it from was finishing REMOVING the transmission cooler temp sensor and gauge... I was ripped.... has a high-flow cat that dumps into a Borla Stainless single pipe, muffler and dual outlets. Sounds nice, haven't driven it down the road yet, because had to replace some leaking steel brake lines. The previous owner also put in remote starter, 700W stereo, 6 disc changer. She rides on a Tokichi Blue Strut set-up with Bilstein coil-over lowering kit. She has a beautiful stance...... and, ALL WHITE except for the tinted hatch and side windows in the rear. Stock "swirlies", not chrome, as I am not a fan of chrome wheels. I look forward to getting just as many miles out of this little gem, as I can. My other PROBE SE, has been a great car... this one, will be too... just FASTER. LOL — HPI-rcr
