The 2015 Dodge Challenger brought a mid-cycle refresh to the third generation, with revised styling drawn from the 1971 model, a new interior, and the addition of an 8-speed TorqueFlite automatic. The lineup added the SRT Hellcat, whose supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 produced 707 hp. Other engines were the 3.6L Pentastar V6 (305 hp) on SXT, the 5.7L HEMI V8 (372 hp) on the R/T, and the 6.4L (392 cubic inch) HEMI V8 (485 hp) on the R/T Scat Pack and SRT 392. The 2-door coupe used the 8-speed automatic or a Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual.
