The 1966 Ford F-250 was the three-quarter-ton model and the final year of the fourth-generation F-Series (1961-1966), largely a carryover of the 1965 update. It retained the 240 cu in (3.9 L) inline-six rated at 150 hp gross and the 300 cu in (4.9 L) six rated at 170 hp gross, with a 352 cu in (5.8 L) FE V8 optional and Twin I-Beam front suspension on two-wheel-drive models. Body styles included Styleside and Flareside pickups, chassis cab, and stake, with 3-speed and 4-speed manual transmissions. An all-new fifth-generation F-Series replaced it for 1967.
