The 1990 Ford Thunderbird carried the MN12 coupe into its second year in base, LX, and Super Coupe form, the Super Coupe keeping its 210-horsepower supercharged and intercooled 3.8-liter V6. Ford marked 35 years since the original 1955 Thunderbird with a 35th Anniversary package on the Super Coupe, a two-tone black and titanium scheme with blue accent striping, and 3,371 of the anniversary cars were built.
