The 1964 Lincoln Continental stretched the fourth generation's wheelbase 3 inches to 126 inches, adding rear-seat room to the sedan and four-door convertible. Flat side glass replaced the earlier curved panes and the roofline was squared off. Power came from the same 430 cubic inch MEL V8 as before.
