Yesterday, I cleaned & painted the fan ([url=http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000CIYR7W/]Motorcraft YA183[/url]). The clutch was stuck, but I broke it free manually, and it seems to be working OK now. If it's bad once I get the engine running, I'll probably swap to a JY 7-blade fan & clutch.
