I hope the silver high-heat paint slows the rusting process on the Y-pipe & cats, and sheds mud/dirt better.

It's worth noting that the front cat is not rotated like the original, so at its top, it comes closer to the transmission than the original did. And its welded-on heat shield is much smaller & closer-in than the factory shield (which I hope to fit in there).

The rear cat is also rotated about 90°, and has only a single welded-on shield (on top). I don't think it's possible to mount the factory shields to it.
