No apparent engine or trans leaks. Engine oil, PSF, ATF levels correct. Refrigerant empty & coolant 1gal. low.



Replacing the ATF at this point is risky, but so is running very-old ATF. If it has never been changed, changing it now could cause the transmission to go out, and it costs ~$1500-3000 to rebuild. But NOT changing it could have the same effect. It should ONLY be replaced with MotorCraft MerconV (every 30Kmi - not the internal filter)
