One of the F-series bench seat belts ended up working well, with a trimmed sleeve, along with the Windstar's seat back bolt. You can see a forward facing triangular indentation in the fabric. There was a bracket there that I don't recall the purpose of (probably held a trim piece on that I long ago removed), so I used its hole for a temporary pivot stop to keep the seat belt from clanging against the floor and being difficult to retrieve.
