After hopping in to take it for a drive last night, seeing how it handles with the top back on after b-pillar/drip rail solidifying, and realizing I forgot to put the seat belt back in ... I decided it's time to figure out a replacement for the stock floor mounted setup, which also is a tight fit with the center jump seat's bracket.
