dscf3539--bpillar-drain-cover-removal.jpg The water can now escape from the door sill through that gap behind the seat belt anchor bolt hole.  I got some of the expanding foam out with needle nose pliers, and eventually was able to push the rest through with a long, narrow flat head screwdriver.
