Headlight assembly with amber corner lens placed inside an open…

I tried to put the headlight in an oven but the oven was really too small. I tried a few different temps and nothing got the glue to release. Probably took me 5-6 times per headlight of reheating till i got it fully separated. It did melt the housing in a few areas and warped the housing pretty bad, but the lens held up.

It honestly would have probably been easier to cut the housing and make it removeable than to remove the lens.
