The pressure-plate-to-crankshaft attachment bolt is a stretch bolt that must always be replaced (torque per section 13 Crankshaft/Cylinder Block). The intermediate plate installation position is covered under "Clutch, installing." The pressure plate has two versions, a maximum inner surface distortion of 0.2 mm (0.008 in.), and must be replaced if rivets are damaged or loose.
