[b]Symptom:[/b] Frequently, most of the time, would not lock passenger side wheel, and noisy operation when it would.
[b]Cause:[/b] The synchro paddle on the Active Spacer broke off (top center) and the loose piece would get caught between the Driver and Coupler preventing them from engaging.
[b]In the Picture:[/b] Driver (outer with teeth) and Active Spacer (center with broken paddle (tab).
