Homemade PCV catch can built from an aluminum tube, mounted horizontally across the engine bay of a dark red car with black rubber end caps clamped on by worn-gear hose clamps. White plastic barbed fittings feed hoses out of each end, with blue and black wiring harness, a red battery cable and a tire visible in the shadowed bay.
