ARTICLE IV MEMBERSHIP A. B. Membership shall be open to military and civilian personnel. Initial Club Membership Requirements: 1 . Own or have access to a four wheel drive vehicle equipped with the minimum items specied in Article VIII, Section A. 4 a - k, 2. Eighteen (18) years of age, sixteen years of age with written parental or legal guardian consent received and on le at the time of recommendation. 3. Show proof of insurance on all vehicles utilized during club events. 4. Attendance of two (2) club meetings and Two (2) off road runs. 5. Payment of initial membership dues. 6. Approval of the Safety Committee. 7. Approval of the general membership. Membership Types: ' 1. Probationary members are applicants awaiting membership approval. 2. Club members are Probationary members and their immediate families approved for membership. 3. Associate members are Sister Clubs", Commercial businesses which provide members with discounts & individuals associated with the club who are not eligible for membership. Prospective desiring membership shall be provided With an application packet containing: 1. 2. 5. 6. Application form. Copy of club By-Laws. Club introduction letter and probationary events/meeting checklist. Vehicle safety checklist. Club telephone/roster list. Waiver and release form. Probationary members approved for membership shall receive the following at a cost of $25.00. 1. Club T-shirt.
