ARTICLE IV MEMBERSHIP A. B. Membership shall be open to military and civilian personnel. Initial Club Membership Requirements: 1 . Own or have access to a four wheel drive vehicle equipped with the minimum items specied in Article VIII, Section A. 4 a - k, 2. Eighteen (18) years of age, sixteen years of age with written parental or legal guardian consent received and on le at the time of recommendation. 3. Associate members are Sister Clubs", Commercial businesses which provide members with discounts & individuals associated with the club who are not eligible for membership.
