POINT MUGU FOUR WHEEL DRIVE CLUB, INC OXNARD, CA 930315974 CLUB BYLAWS August 2005 ARTICLE 1 - NAME A. The club name shall be the Point Mugu Four Wheel Drive Club (PM4WDC). ARTICLE II - PURPOSE A. The purpose of the club shall be to: 1. Provide the club members and their guests: (a) social and educational functions. (1)) family out door activities. (c) the pleasure of four wheeling together. (d) the enjoyment and protection of our natural resources. 2, Provide assistance to the general public and local organizations: (a) during times of natural disaster. (b) to protect and beautify our natural resources. (c) in improving trails and campgrounds, 3. Pledge support to the California Association of Four Wheel Drive Clubs (CA4WDC), California Off Road Vehicle Association (CORVA), Blue Ribbon Coalition, and the Tread Lightly program and their purposes ARTICLE HI - DUES A. Initial club membership and renewal dues shall be as determined by the Executive Board and ratied by the voting majority. They shall be sufcient to recover all costs associated with the Probationary Member package (Article IV, E. l - 4) at a minimum and shall include yearly membership dues (Part B, [below]) as applicable. These dues shall be established at the beginning of the club year. Annual club membership renewal dues shall be: 1. $20.00 plus applicable association dues. " 2. Payable upon the first general meeting in December. A ten percent (10%) late fee shall be assessed on dues paid after January 31 of the new year. 3. Prorated for new members joining between January 1 and November 1, NOTE: CA4WDC dues shall be prorated from August 31 to May 31. Club membership and association dues are not refundable.
