H. mailing. 3. Bylaw amendment proposals shall be voted on after at least thirty (30) days advance notice of the proposal to the Club members. 4. Secret ballots shall be utilized for: (a) Executive Board elections. (b) Membership approvals and revocations. (c) Four Wheeler of the Year awards. (d) Issues designated by the Executive Board or called for by a member, Club Awards: 1. Four Wheeler of the Year (a) The recipient of the Clubs annual Four Wheeler of the Year award will be selected by majority vote from the nominations taken at the December general meeting and awarded at the Clubs rst gathering or meeting in January. (b) This award is only open to regular Club members in good standing. (c) This award consists of a special dash plaque and a personalized tag afxed to the Clubs perpetual Four Wheeler of the Year plaque. 2. Hard Luck Trophy: (a) This award will be presented as a result of incidents of performance of members on Club runs. (b) This award will consist of the Hard Luck trophy and will be presented to the recipient at the next general meeting aer the run (0) Winners of this award will be selected by popular opinion. (d) This award is not a permanent award and will not require engraving. 3. Other unspecied Awards: (3) Other unspecied awards may be presented by the Executive Board from time to time based on some future unspecied need, ARTICLE VI - RESPONSIBILITIES A. The Executive Board Members shall: 1, Carry out the policies and decisions of the Membership. 2. Develop agendas for the general Membership meetings. 3. Maintain Application and Membership packets on hand for distribution. 5
