Assist the President as necessary. 2. Act in behalf of the President in the Presidents absence. 3. Be the events coordinator and as such shall: (a) Preside over the Events Coordination meetings. (b) Coordinate research, development and mapping of proposed new runs. (c) Maintain an archive to successors. ((1) Coordinate club runs ensuring a trail boss is assigned for each event. (e) Ensure planned runs are reported at the general meetings. ~ The Secretary/1" reasurer shall: 1. Receive the club monies. 2. Deposit the club monies into the club account within ten (10) working days of receipt, 3. Disburse funds as authorized by the Bylaws.
