Periodically review Article IV of these Bylaws and submit necessary amendment proposals to the Executive Board for review, The Safety Committee shall: 1. Ensure all safety regulations are complied with at club events. 2. Maintain a thorough safety inspection form and le of completed safety inspections for the club. 3. Conduct two (2) major safety inspections a year. One in November prior to and as a condition for acceptance of annual dues and one in June. 4. ' Review all membership applications and provide a major inspection of all probationary members vehicles. Submit a recommendation to the President for approval or disapproval of the application. 5. Recommend denial of a participant on any event if any serious safety violation is noted concerning that participants vehicle. 6, Periodically review Article VIII of these Bylaws and submit necessary amendment proposals to the Executive Board for review. The Membership Committee shall: 1. Greet all visitors and ensure they complete a guest attendance list at all events and meetings. Contact the guest following the meeting and express appreciation for their attendance and invite them to return. 2. Provide all prospective members with an application, waiver form, safety inspection form and a current telephone list of club members. 3. Review all application for membership checklists and safety inspection forms for completeness. Forward all completed forms to the President for the Probationary member to be accepted as a club member. 4. Ensure Club members are provided with the items listed in Article IV, B after the Secretary/Treasurer acknowledges payment of initial club dues. The Historian shall: 1. Maintain an album, of club pictures, pertinent magazine and newspaper articles, _, and other media coverage. 2, Maintain an archive of awards and club dash plaques 3. Maintain an inventory of and control all club owned equipment. 4. Maintain a narrative history of club changes and events The Trail Bosses shall:
