Fulll all requirements of the Trail Boss checklist. 2, Submit an attendance record of the event to the Secretary/1 reasurer, 3, Ensure vehicles joining the group at a location or time other than that designated are not required to travel off-road alone to the rendezvous. 4. Ensure all attendees carry necessary safety equipment, Vie. Tow strap, medical kit, jack, and CB radio. Vehicles without a CB radio shall be assigned a spot between two complying vehicles. 5. - Conduct a safety inspection for minimum requirements at the beginning of each event, H. 6, Ensure on camping events: (a) That CAMPFIRES are authorized, placed safely and with consideration for the entire group and fully extinguished whenever the group leaves camp, (b) CAMPS are cleaned up before leaving and unburned debris is hauled out. N. Club Members shall: 1. Abide by the rules and regulations of these Bylaws. 2. Maintain insurance on all vehicles to be utilized during club events. 3, Participate actively throughout the year and volunteer for committees as needed. 4. When authorized to expend club funds, submit expenditure receipts to the Secretary/Treasurer for reimbursement. 5. Be responsible to the Trail Boss of an event and his appointed assistants orn the beginning toterrnr'nation of their participation in an event. 6. Notify the Secretary/1 reasurer of changes in home address and telephone number. 7. Be responsible for their family members, guests and pets. 8. Actively recruit prospective members. 9. Introduce their guests, Article VII ~ EVENTS A. Events shall be approved by the Club Members at the Events Coordination meetings. B. Events shall be conducted in an orderly manner with safety a primary concern. 10
