Ensure all attendees carry necessary safety equipment, Vie. Tow strap, medical kit, jack, and CB radio. Vehicles without a CB radio shall be assigned a spot between two complying vehicles. 5. - Conduct a safety inspection for minimum requirements at the beginning of each event, H. 6, Ensure on camping events: (a) That CAMPFIRES are authorized, placed safely and with consideration for the entire group and fully extinguished whenever the group leaves camp, (b) CAMPS are cleaned up before leaving and unburned debris is hauled out. N. Club Members shall: 1. Abide by the rules and regulations of these Bylaws. 2. Maintain insurance on all vehicles to be utilized during club events. 3, Participate actively throughout the year and volunteer for committees as needed. 4. When authorized to expend club funds, submit expenditure receipts to the Secretary/Treasurer for reimbursement. 5.
