I had to cut out two angled parts of the front and back plastic ring insert, to match the contours of the interior roof and headliner.
it took me a while to cut, because the plastic was thick and it was an odd shape to grip and hold. and if you go to fast it melts on you!

i taped around the plastic so that when i cut it,... I wouldnt ruin the finnish accidentially.
