Ford Model T Bolt & Nut Chart - Wrench Sizes & Tool Numbers Diagram

This document is an exploded parts and tooling reference diagram for a Ford Model T chassis and engine, showing the complete rolling chassis (frame, axles, steering wheel, engine, radiator, wheels) with dozens of labeled callout lines identifying every major bolt, nut, screw, and plug on the vehicle. Each callout gives the fastener name (e.g., Rear Spring Hanger Nut, Drive Shaft Castle Nut, Connecting Rod Cap Bolt Nut, Cylinder Head Cap Screw, Spark Plug), the hex/wrench size in fractional inches (shown inside a hexagon symbol, such as 11/16, 9/16, 15/16, 1-5/8), and a list of Ford tool/wrench part numbers that fit that fastener (numbers such as 627, 625, 17-G, 2137, 2149, 635, 650, 616, 1903, etc.).
