Ford parts invoice and brass carburetor float on white paper

I had tried to save the original float, but it didn't last 2 days. Fortunately, a new Ford float isn't very expensive - less than an aftermarket one with shipping, even if they had charged me full list price. And since I had already done the fuel pump access mod, it only took a couple of minutes to swap.



Note that some F-series use a molded foam float - not this brass one. A plastic version is available.
