4-16-09: Today I did a little more grinding to get to get the plate to fit better. I also figured out what size access hole I wanted in the panel. I marked it out, and clamped it down on top of a piece of 2"x6" on the back of my trailer. I drilled some holes in the panel and then cut it out.
