11-30-09: Once I got the firewall/cowl area cut down to a manageable size I pulled shifter boots and transmission inspection cover off the floor pan. Then I unbolted 3 of the 4 cab body mount bolts. I couldn't break the 4th body mount bolt loose so I had to cut it. Then it was finally time to lift the floor off the chassis!

And finally here is the chassis that the 54 body is going on. I'm going to cut out 45" to shorten the wheelbase to the stock 54 F100 wheelbase of 110".
