Well today I got the rear spring front mounts located where I wanted them. I drilled out the holes and bolted them to the frame. While I was drilling out the holes I also enlarged the holes in the brackets so I could use 1/2" bolts.

The front top hole in the brackets sticks above the frame. I don't think it's really needed with the rest having 1/2" bolts but I'm to fab up some brackets that will bolt to the top of the frame and will bolt up to the spring mount bracket hole.

Most of the bolts I used in the brackets are grade 5. I will be replacing them with grade 8. The grade 5 is just for the mock up. I had them on hand.

Then of coarse it started raining!
