It appears the NP205 transfercase is quite a bit narrower then the BW-1345 that was in the truck. The transfercase being narrower causes a few issues. First off the transmission mount in this truck was basically like two body mounts and a plate that bolts to the transmission. Well the front output yoke on the NP205 lands right on top of the left mount. Besides that I also have to work around the front driveshaft moving towards the center of the truck. I'll see how this works out when I get the new headers. So I'm going to have to figure out the mount and crossmember set up for this. Luckily I did keep the transmission crossmember out of the F250 that the NP435/Np205 came out of. So I'm hoping I can modify them or fabricate a new one to make something work.

I also need to work on the side support/mount that bolts to the transfer case and the frame.
