These hooks addressed 3 issues: - the bolts that hold the roof rack on needed plates - the roof rack bolt holes needed to be sealed tight so water doesn't wick into the fiberglass, and - hooks are always useful, and these keep scalps away from the bolts, which were left long for future mods. The roof rack is now strong enough to lift the camper shell.
