One shot without the body molding.

I used some basic bug/tar removal spray and a razor blade. I don't recommend the razor blade, unless you don't really care about some small cuts of paint removed. I plan on some touch up painting so it didn't matter to me.

Besides, it ain't like this rig doesn't have some scratches on it. hehe
