With the zero rate I just drilled out the center hole for the leaf pin that goes to the axle spring plate to 9/16ths and used a 9/16ths grade 8 bolt I cut the treads off of, and then was preparing to tack weld the bolt head into the zero so it wouldn't move any (not sure that was needed but I did it anyway).
