Hand pointing at polished metal pipe and bracket with blue wirin…

bolt not matching up, from here it loooks like it can just be banged in, but the actual pipe isnt formed/bent properly to sit flush with the manifold so banging it in makes it near impossible because the right side makes contact with manifold first, instead of both at the same time like if the pipe was formed properly.
