Rusty exhaust stud without a nut protruding through a stainless…

this is the passenger side. this side bolts up perfecty, but wen trying to get the driver side in by trying to pr it on the studs, it was such a tight fit that the passenger side nuts came undone and stripped the stud and he nut the whole way down
