The 1990 Nissan 300ZX introduced the Z32 generation with an all-new 3.0L DOHC 24-valve V6. The naturally aspirated VG30DE produced 222 net horsepower, while the twin-turbocharged, twin-intercooled VG30DETT produced 300 net horsepower and 283 lb-ft of torque. It was sold as a two-seat hatchback and a longer 2+2, with a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic, and twin-turbo models added Super HICAS four-wheel steering.
