NEW Stock 302/5.0 EFI long block, MSD cap, rotor 48k coil with 9mm FMSR wires (blue ) stock autolite plugs.
I replaced parts in the emissions Thermactor Air Injection System, all Sensors, radiator, heater core and hoses. Got a pristine TB from an FSB member in VA. I just made a Brass Tee for the heater hose TB connection. Got all the OEM pigtails/connectors for PW, PWDL for both doors from an FSB member in TX. Starter and relay along with alternator. Distributor and module, I've done the brakes with new flex lines, rotors and calipers and the rear wheel cylinders. Degreaseed the entire undercarraige. Put on a brand new front bumper from an FSB member (US Marine) with a new center console & key.
 Tires and shocks.
 New TRE dust cover boots
rebuilt both drive slip joint shafts
 850CCA battery
Swapped the steering column from Tilt to Non-Tilt ~
 New upper igniton actuator
 Repaired the Tailgate handle
Swapped in a new cylinder muffler.
I have a local place where I get hard to find parts and the prices aren't bad. |

						| Notes: |
I bought the Bronco in 2003 for $1,000 but the PO had spent $1500 on a rebuild kit which may have had about 18-20k and around 35-45k when I did the new 302 swap. (have all the paperwork)
I've done a lot of improvements and maintenance mostly learning www.fullsizebronco.com, I've managed to find a few good parts deals through the site which always makes it better and fun.
I need a tailgate, paint job and interior....
The site is fun and everybody is helpfull and friendly ~ I'm always on the look out for hard to find parts to keep the BKO in top running condition. |
