tranny and t-case pics

here is the problem; 120+ lbs of NP435, gravel driveway and no one i can really depend on to help me throw it in... Owner so i thought to myself; self what do you have around here you could use as a hoist... Owner ...hmmm a metal pole... Owner ...and some ratchet straps... Owner ...lift it up there... Owner ...i had to set it on jack stands to re-set the ratchet strap a couple of times... Owner ...almost in... Owner ta-da it's in! Owner the 205 xmember Owner Rear DS on top, 24 inches Front DS 36 inches Owner 24 inch shaft in Owner what is a project without a little blood Owner bracket for the NP205 Owner doubler put together Owner yeah it hangs a little lower than i wanted, there were some issues welding the kit together and i f'ed up Owner this is what i did for shift pivots, steel pacer with a bolt running through it and some washers Owner this is the front output shifter and the rear output shifter. the 203 shifter sits above and to the right of these two Owner this is your bigest problem, the clearence in here is nada. this is the rear output shifter Owner the twin stick shifters in Owner this is the complete shift linkage out of the truck (i will build one for you too... scary) Owner DS tunnel pic Owner DS tunnel pic Owner DS tunnel pic Owner from left to right, front output on 205, rear output on 205, 203 range box. all 3 in nuetral Owner all three in low range "4wd double low" some would say Owner 4wd with 1:1 in the cases, 4wd High.
